Post-Secondary Employment Outcomes (PESO) Dashboards

The Post-Secondary Employment Outcomes (PSEO) Coalition helps people understand the real-world value of higher education by collecting, analyzing, and sharing employment data about college graduates.

PSEO’s goal is to make graduate outcomes data easy to access and use. Therefore, students, families, educators, and employers can see how higher education impacts careers, earnings, and long-term success. By bringing together nationwide data, the Coalition supports informed decision-making and helps strengthen education and workforce systems.

The PESO interactive tools have been developed for use by Coalition members and the general public. Each tool is accompanied by a document that provides an overview of the tool, its intended audience, example questions readily answered by the tool, a list of data sources (all publicly available), and caveats.
